Preparation of comprehensive plans is one of Hendrikson & Ko’s oldest fields of expertise. The first comprehensive plan consulted by us for the city of Narva-Jõesuu was completed in 2000. To date, we have prepared a hundred different comprehensive plans. In comprehensive planning, we take into account the unique values and characteristics of the area, as well as the spatial development needs of the municipality.
We value the stakeholder engagement planning process and use various visualization solutions to explain solutions. We make the complex map material of the comprehensive plan easily understandable through the use of interactive web-based map applications. We have professional planners – real experts in their field who possess professional planning certificates and actively participate in the Estonian Association of Spatial Planners.
