We do various different detailed plans all over Estonia – industrial, commercial and housing districts, industrial, logistical and wind energy parks, areas of cultural and environmental value and recreational areas, airports, seaports, etc.
All detailed plans, big or small-scale, hold equal importance to us. Before drawing up a planning solution we carry out a thorough analysis, compile the necessary planning documents and lead the process to a best possible solution. In cooperation with department of general plans we participate in topical planning (light traffic roads, cultural areas, “green islands” and recreational areas, wind parks, etc).
