Initial State Report Compiling for an Integrated Environmental Permit Go Back
From the 7th of January 2014, there is an obligation for existing enterprises to follow Industrial Emissions Act, including article 57 which states the need for compiling an initial state report. Environmental Board has developed guidelines for compiling the initial state report and according to these guidelines all enterprises with the integrated environmental permit, the obligation has to assess the need for an initial state report. A report is obligatory for enterprises whos´ activity is involved with using, manufacturing or emitting hazardous substances (inc. hazardous substances like fuels, construction and finishing materials etc.) and whos´ action may cause soil and groundwater contamination with these substances.
We offer our help for enterprises to assess the need for the initial state report and compiling the report if it is necessary. Although Industrial Emission Act nor guidelines from the Environmental Board doesn´t specify the date when the report must be presented by the enterprises with an existing integrated environmental permit, it might be needed during 2014 already, when permit conditions are checked by regular or irregular audits.
